FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn.—A 19-year-old University of Minnesota student from St. Peter on Wednesday was crowned the 64th Princess Kay of the Milky Way. The Midwest Dairy Association selected Emily Annexstad, representing Nicollet County, from a field of 12 county dairy princesses during an Aug. 23 ceremony at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
