The accident occurred Aug. 4 at the corner of State Hwy. 34 and County Road 6 in Park Rapids.
According to the Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office, dispatch received a report of a two-vehicle accident on U.S. Hwy. 71 in Todd Township at 9:18 a.m. on July 29.
According to the Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office news release, dispatch received a call of a vehicle in a swamp in Badoura Township at 4:21 a.m. on July 28.
Three people from Missouri were killed Thursday evening in a crash west of Willmar. Another person from Missouri was seriously injured, according to the Minnesota State Patrol, and a semi driver from Raymond also suffered injuries.

Perry Lillis, 58, of rural Perham was driving the ATV and was injured in the crash. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and later remained under the care of the hospital, with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
