Shailyn Hayes prevailed in straight sets at No. 4 singles for the lone win for the Park Rapids girls tennis team in a 6-1 loss at Bemidji on Thursday, Sept. 16.

Morgan Koppelman lost in a third-set tiebreaker at No. 2 singles while Bemidji won the other five matches in straight sets as the Lumberjacks improved to 9-1 in dual meets this season.

The Panthers fell to 5-4.
