A Shoreland Expo will be held Saturday, Aug. 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church located on Highway 71, Park Rapids.
Learn How to Protect and Enhance Water Quality; Shoreland Integrity; Valued Property; Plants, Fish & Other Wildlife Diversity; Rain Gardens & Rain Barrels
The speakers will be Kelly Condiff, Cass County SWCD, Steve Hall, Shoreline Creations, Shane Foley, Hubbard County SWCD and Cassie Novak, Minnesota Master Naturalist.
A bus tour will transport participants to three shoreline restoration projects.
