Abby Morris posted the lone victory for the Park Rapids girls tennis team in a 6-1 loss at Crookston in a Section 8A match on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
Morris posted a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles in the Panthers’ third match on the road this season. Crookston won the other six matches in straight sets, winning 72 of the 81 games.
The Pirates improved to 3-0 on the season while Park Rapids fell to 1-1 against section opponents and 2-1 overall.
