“This year, my stepchildren and I all had a great year for deer,” reports Jason Strom. “My youngest, Oliver, hit pay dirt on rifle opener, about 30 minutes after sunrise, with a toad of an eight-pointer, just a bit east of sebeka on our friend’s farm. My oldest stepson, Julian, got a mainframe 10 with 4 lil kickers on the youth weekend for his pb. A perfect neck shot at 180 yards, and I got a mainframe 7 with split G2s for an ‘8, 9 and 10’ for the year.”

Strom said, “My oldest stepdaughter, Lainey, got a nice ‘sporky’ 3 point with her dad, and my middle daughter, Mia, got herself a young doe with her dad as well. Great memories!” They all reside in Bertha.
