A balanced scoring attack sparked the Nevis girls basketball team to a 67-55 Northwoods Conference victory over Northome-Kelliher last Tuesday night.
Madisyn Lucas scored 17 points, Hannah Bliss had a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds, and Jordyn Lucas had 10 points, eight rebounds and four assists to lead the Tigers, who led 37-22 at the half.
Emma Bliss (9), Eleannor Roehl (8) and Becca Nelson (7) combined for 24 points while Emma Bliss led the team with 15 rebounds.
The win lifted Nevis to 5-4 in the conference while N-K fell to 2-5 in conference play and 4-9 overall.

Tigers fall to Swanville
The Tigers fell to 7-8 on the season with a 41-36 loss to Swanville Thursday night.
Jordyn Lucas’s 11 points and four steals and Hannah Bliss’ 10 points and 11 rebounds led the Tigers, who trailed 22-18 at the half.
Swanville improved to 3-9 on the season.
