A man who fell out of his boat on Big Kandiyohi Lake was reportedly suffering from hypothermia when he reached shore, but falling into the drink wasn't his only mistake.
He was cited for fishing without a license.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office was called to the lake around 3 p.m. Thursday. The boat was running in circles in the lake, but the man had been able to swim to shore on his own.
