Park Rapids' Dana Husby missed the cut after 36 holes of play at the 113th MGA Amateur Championship at North Oaks Golf Club.

The Headwaters Golf Club member opened Monday's play with an 81 and followed with an 82 during Tuesday's round for a two-day total of 163 on the par-71 course. Husby carded three birdies, 14 pars, 15 bogeys, three double-bogeys and one triple-bogey over the two days to finish in 148th place.

The cut for Wednesday's final round was a 149. A total of 156 golfers qualified for the tournament.

Alex Uloth of Crystal Lake Golf Club sank a 30-foot putt for eagle on the par-5 No. 18 hole to win the title. Uloth carded rounds of 63, 70 and 73 for a 7-under 206. Riley Johnson of Meadows Golf Club finished second at 207.

Beau Hanson of Detroit Country Club tied for ninth place with an even-par 213.
