It was another season high for the Park Rapids-Nevis gymnastics team Thursday night at Detroit Lakes.
The Panthers used season highs in vault and balance beam to surpass their previous season high of 116.75 points in a 151.75 to 117.95 loss to the state's No. 1-rated Class A team.
Olivia Fischer's 8.50, Randi Nielsen's 8.45, Abby Kirlin's 8.25 and Erin Tooker's 8.10 gave the Panthers a 33.30 in vault. Peyton Jernberg topped the field with a 9.60.
In floor exercise, Katie Eischens' 8.35, Tooker's 7.50, Fischer's 7.25 and Kirlin's 6.85 led to a 29.95 team score. Emma Disse took first with a 9.675.
The Panthers topped their previous high on balance beam with a 28.70 as Fischer's 7.85, Eischens' 7.55, Nielsen's 6.70 and Kirlin's 6.60 led the way. Jackson Hegg finished first with a 9.75.

Fischer's 7.30, Tooker's 7.25, Eischens' 6.30 and Kirlin's 5.15 led to a 26.00 on uneven parallel bars. Molly Lyngaas had the top mark with a 9.675.
Justine Lawrence won the all-around title with a 37.15 while Fischer was second with a 30.90. Tooker took third with a 28.80 and Kirlin was fourth with a 26.85 as the Panthers fell to 1-4 in dual meets.
Park Rapids' 117.95 team score was team's highest since receiving a 119.30 at the 2010 Section 8A meet. Detroit Lakes is the top-ranked team in Class A with a 148.88 average.
