5 Alarm 5K set

The 5th annual Park Rapids Fire Department 5 Alarm 5K run/walk is set for Saturday (Aug. 4) starting at 8 a.m. next to the fire hall.

The entry fee is $40 for runners and walkers registering the day of the race. Registration will take place prior to the race at the fire hall. The entry fee includes a t shirt and a bag.

This fun run/walk is open to all ages and is a fundraiser for the Park Rapids Fire Department. The race starts and ends at the fire hall. The course is mainly flat on asphalt and runs through residential areas. There will be optional areas on the race route where runners and walkers can go through a fun water obstacle. A water station will be available at the halfway mark.
