After dropping the first two sets, the Menahga volleyball team rallied for a 3-2 win over Browerville/Eagle Valley Thursday night at Browerville.

Tara Hendrickson's 15 kills and Olivia Yliniemi's 10 kills sparked the Braves' comeback in the 17-25, 18-25, 25-13, 25-17, 15-7 victory.

Elly Hillukka and Cierra Ahlf added seven kills each as the Braves overcame 40 hitting errors with 47 kills. Ahlf served three aces and Madi Marjamaa had two service aces to go along with 34 set assists for Menahga, which put 86 of 100 serves in play.

Hendrickson had two solo blocks while Rena Pinoniemi led the Braves' defense with 29 digs. Jessica Pietila (15), Marjamaa (15) and Ahlf (12) also had double digits in digs as Menahga improved to 5-6 on the season.

Browerville/Eagle Valley's record fell to 5-6.
