Perry Lillis, 58, of rural Perham was driving the ATV and was injured in the crash. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and later remained under the care of the hospital, with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.

All parties were wearing seat belts, roads were dry and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the cause of which was unclear Sunday afternoon.
On June 29, members of the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office arrested a 36-year-old Underwood man on multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants, including false imprisonment, according to a sheriff's office news release. The investigation remains ongoing and there is no danger to the public.
In May, Derrick Sundeen pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree assault and fourth-degree DWI. The remaining four counts against him were dismissed on Friday, when he was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail.
