Dear Nevis Women’s Group, Christian at Original Stencil, Brandon at Northwoods Press, Chris Swenson, Josh Oswald, Jimmy Hansen, Lorie Skarpness, Martie DeLisi, Alexia Isaacson, Collin Huckbody and the communities of Nevis and Akeley.
Thank you so much for all of your support and commitment to my endeavors for making this world a better place for the children affected by domestic violence.
Together, we can combine our talents and our compassion to make our Healing Hearts Foundation a viable and thriving benefactor for these children that are in desperate need of our help.
I can not do this alone, and I am glad to report that I am not. We are truly blessed to live in a community that is so caring and compassionate for those in need.
As we plant the seed and continue to spread our message and our beliefs, it will take hold and grow into a strong anchor for our community and hopefully others as well.
Think of our group as an acorn at its inception; next, a sapling with its roots taking hold and its trunk and branches sprouting out, then finally an oak tree firmly grasping the soil that surrounds it, branches reaching outward and finally leaves turning to maturity and covering the earth with an orange and golden blanket of warmth and protection. Year after year, season to season, we will stand the test of time, together.
