The Hubbard County Transportation Collaborative thanks the local community for supporting a twice weekly medical shuttle to Fargo.

We are also grateful to the Itasca-Mantrap Cooperative, Essentia Health Foundation, Sanford Foundation and Heritage Living Center for contributing to this important cause.

This invaluable service offers a reliable transportation option for low-income individuals, seniors, and the general public who need to commute to Fargo healthcare facilities. The roundtrip costs just $10 per person.

Since its July 1 launch, many community members have used the shuttle for rides to medical appointments. However, despite early success the service still needs both monetary and community support.

As of this letter, the funds raised only cover six months of operating cost. The Hubbard County Collaborative is working hard to secure funding for one complete year of service and any local support would be very appreciated.

Please also consider the bus as a transportation option because strong ridership will lead to a sustained operation. Contact Heartland Transit for ride information or to support the shuttle service.
