The Mother Teresa Council of the Knights of Columbus of Nevis and Laporte wish to thank the R.D. Offutt Company for the opportunity to glean potatoes from their harvested potatoes fields. God provided an abundant harvest. Due to Offutt’s generous community spirit and our hard work, our Knights were able to provide more than 7,000 pounds of potatoes to area food shelves. We trust that this will be a blessing of many nutritious meals for those of us who have shared this harvest. Again, thanks to the Offutt Company and their employees for their cooperation with our efforts.
