With the significant amount of snow on the ground this winter, come some reminders for businesses that recycle in Hubbard County.
If you have a business that has a recycling bin or dumpster, please remember to shovel or plow all around the dumpster or recycling container.
In order to empty a dumpster staff needs to be able to safely reach the back of the dumpster to connect a cable. Several of the recycling dumpsters and containers at businesses are lacking accessibility around them because of the snow, which makes it difficult for staff to safely reach and empty the containers.
If staff is unable to safely access and empty the dumpsters or containers, collection may be interrupted. So please help to ensure recycling dumpsters and containers can safely be emptied.
