A 25-year-old woman from Wadena was charged Feb. 7 with third-degree damage to property for allegedly smashing a TV and tearing a window screen.

Court documents said Nichole Loraine Shoultz and a Wadena man argued on Feb. 4 at the man's apartment, and during the confrontation, Shoultz smashed a Phillips 26-inch television and tore out the screen of a window, threatening to jump out.

Her first court appearance was set for Feb. 15.
