The missing person, Waymon Sullivan, reported on Monday has been found in good health. He was located Wednesday, March 15 in Brooklyn Center and will be reunited with his family soon. One suspect has been arrested with formal felony charges being sent to the Wadena County Attorney’s Office. No further information is available as this investigation is ongoing by the Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Carr would like to thank the public for any assistance during this investigation. Sheriff Carr also expresses his gratitude to other Law Enforcement agencies and his staff that assisted and are continuing with the investigation.
On Monday, March 14, the Wadena County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a missing person from the Wadena area. Waymon Sullivan, age 90, of Cheyenne Wyoming, had been in the Wadena area for approximately one month and left unexpectedly. Foul play is not suspected and law enforcement believes Waymon was assisted in leaving the area by individuals he’s had previous contact with. The last contact with Waymon was on the evening of Sunday, March 13.
