Three people were hurt when their Ford Explorer was hit broadside on Highway 10 in Otter Tail County Friday afternoon.
Injured were Rochelle L. Ollila, 51, of Menahga, the driver of the 1994 Ford Explorer, and passengers Wayne Ollila, 47, of Menahga and a 9-year-old identified only as S. Jewel.
They were transported by Tri-County Ambulance to Tri-County Hospital in Wadena, with what the State Patrol said were non life-threatening injuries.
The Explorer was hit broadside by a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Ruth Koljonen, 47, of New York Mills. A 10-year-old from New York Mills and a 13-year-old who lives on County Road 67 were passengers in the pickup. They were not identified by the State Patrol. No one in the pickup suffered any apparent injuries.
The crash occurred as the pickup, northbound on County Road 84, was crossing Highway 10 and struck the eastbound Explorer broadside, which rolled three times.

The accident was reported at 2:04 p.m. on dry pavement. The State Patrol was assisted at the scene by the New York Mills Police Department, the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Department, the New York Mills Fire Department and Tri-County Ambulance.
