Three people were charged in Wadena County District Court with selling liquor to someone under 21 after the clerks at various stores failed alcohol compliance checks.
According to court records, Dawn Dee Gruette, 32, Detroit Lakes, Allison Fay Ulrich, 19, of Clearbrook, Minn., and Olivia Ashlee Archer, 19, of Park Rapids, each sold a 12-pack of beer to a 19-year-old working undercover for the Wadena County Sheriff's Department.
The charges are gross-misdemeanor level.
