Park Rapids Area Schools has started a marketing committee that is looking at different ways to reach people.

A Facebook page and Twitter account have been started. The group is looking at additional ways of reaching the public to spread the news of the school as well.

The high school library has been promoting different themed days on its Facebook page. Last week was game day. It also had coffee day to attract students to the library.

Superintendent Lance Bagstad reported that the marketing committee will continue to meet and strategize about how to better market the school district.
