A preliminary provisional autopsy report states that Carl Marvin Cymbaluk, 24, of Fargo, died due to a serious heart and pulmonary condition.
Cymbaluk died Aug. 6 at WE Fest. At this point, the investigation has ruled out foul play and is consistent with the autopsy report, according to the Becker County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office is waiting for additional reports, so the case is considered an open investigation. No further details were provided.
