Voters gave approval to school bond and levy referendums in both the Waubun-Ogema-White Earth and Pelican Rapids school districts in a special election Tuesday, Nov. 5.
Unofficial results were collected Wednesday morning, Nov. 6, from school district offices:
Menahga school board: Robert J. White was selected to fill a one-year school board term in the Menahga School District. He was the sole candidate on the ballot.
Unofficial results:
White: 70votes*
Write-in candidates: 3 votes
Waubun-Ogema-White Earth school bond referendum: Voters approved a property tax increase for the issuance of school building bonds, not to exceed an amount of $7.74 million.
