Jackie Pederson and Colter Diekmann announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Pete and Beth Pederson of Walker and Mike and Sheri Diekmann of Walker.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Walker High School and Minnesota State University in Moorhead where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in dental hygiene.
Her fiancé, also a Walker High School graduate, graduated from the St. Paul Center for criminal justice and law enforcement. He is currently employed as a Hubbard County Sheriff's deputy.
The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Sept. 12 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Walker.
