Kevin Vaadeland's pair of 15-yard TD runs in the second half sparked the Park Rapids football team to a 24-14 victory at Roseau Friday night.
After a scoreless first quarter, Anthony Koeller's 9-yard TD run and Caleb Brown's two-point conversion gave the Panthers an 8-0 lead with 7:35 to play in the first half.
Roseau took a 14-8 lead on a 39-yard TD pass with 1:41 to play in the first half and a 90-yard run with 6:05 to play in the third quarter.
Park Rapids dominated the rest of the game. Vaadeland's first 15-yard TD run and conversion gave the Panthers a 16-14 lead with 1:22 to play in the third quarter. Park Rapids sealed the win when Vaadeland capped a 60-yard drive with another 15-yard TD run with 7:54 to play. Koeller ran in the conversion for a 24-14 lead.
The Panthers blocked a 30-yard field goal and forced a fumble down the stretch to improve to 3-0 on the season.

Roseau, which was ranked No. 10 in the latest state Class AAA poll, fell to 2-1.
