Water well construction is underway in Park Rapids.
The water tower enclosure off Huntsinger Ave. is awash Monday, Oct. 19, as personnel and equipment work on a new water well ordered by the Park Rapids City Council on Aug. 25. General contractor is Minnesota Mechanical Solutions of Waite Park; the drilling apparatus belongs to Steffl Drilling & Pump of Willmar. (Robin Fish/Enterprise)
