The North Dakota Parole Board has denied early release to a former West Fargo man convicted of violating his probation for window peeping.

Casmer Joseph Volk, 28, was sent to prison in April after admitting he violated his probation in Washington for being in a woman's apartment while she was showering.

Volk was denied early release and must serve out the balance of his sentence, set to expire in late October, said Pat Bohn, deputy clerk for the parole board.
