Nevis Knowledge Bowl seniors have successful season

The team ended their season March 17 just five points away from a trip to state.

“It was a very tight competition,” Coach LuAnn Muhm said. “Although our senior team ended up in 12th place out of 23 teams at Regions, they were only five points from qualifying for the state meet, which is for the top four teams.

“It was a disappointing finish, but the team should be proud of their excellence throughout their four years in knowledge bowl. The team of sophomores and juniors finished 20th, and will come back stronger next year.”
