Sandra Mess of Battle Lake and Matthew Mess of Detroit Lakes announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristina, to Scott Cirks, son of Pam and Dave Johnson of Nevis.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of College of St. Benedict and is currently employed by Bemidji State University.
The groom-to-be is a graduate from the University of North Dakota and is currently employed by Peak Performance.
An April wedding is planned at Calvary Lutheran Church, Bemidji.
