According to the State Patrol, a 2015 Ford LGT truck was traveling southbound on state Highway 65 near Goodland at about 11:37 p.m. when it left the roadway and rolled. A 56-year-old man from Bovey was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene, the state patrol said. A 29-year-old Bemidji man was taken to the hospital in Hibbing for non-life-threatening injuries and a 32-year-old of Cass Lake man was taken to the hospital in Grand Rapids for non-life-threatening injuries, the patrol said. The names involved were not released and more information is expected to be released Tuesday, according to the State Patrol's website.
An earlier report issued Friday morning by the State Patrol had listed the names of the Bemidji man and Cass Lake man, but has since been pulled back.
The patrol's report did not say who was driving the vehicle. The Itasca County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
