A 25-year-old man has been charged in Clay County District Court with second-degree assault stemming from a Tuesday stabbing in Moorhead.
Ronald Jay Curley made a court appearance on the charges Wednesday morning, and the court set conditions of release at $45,000, bond or cash bail.
Moorhead police were called early Tuesday to a duplex at 3017 Covent Gardens St. S., near the Village Green Golf Course.
Authorities said the victim, Andrew Vivier, 41, who police said lives at the home along with Curley, was treated at a Fargo hospital and released.
