Construction is underway Tuesday at the Meadow's Edge Apartments off Career Path, as Brad Evans and Ted Stewart with BOD Construction of Bemidji assemble the frame and co-worker Wade Evje (at left) operates a telehandler. The second phase of a workforce housing project developed by the Hubbard County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, the building will be similar to the 28-unit Meadow View apartments next door.
