PRAHS artists earn ‘Best of Show’

Park Rapids art students placed in the Region 8A Visual Arts Competition, held March 30 in Fosston.

Art teacher Mike Hartung reported that, in the category of drawing, Brielle Krabbenhoft and Halle Sosa received a superior rating.

In the category of painting, Evelyn Guajardo garnered three superior ratings and “Best of Show” award for her painting called “Four Ladies.”

Guajardo also received a superior rating and “Best of Show” for her mixed media artwork, titled “Words.”

Simone Wolff captured four superior ratings and “Best of Show” for her “Minnesota Winter” photo. Guajardo received an excellent rating in photography.


Wolff also earned two superior ratings in the category of digital photography.
