Middle school students donate to food shelf

Century Middle School students held a food drive last week, sponsored by their student council.

From Tuesday, May 16 to Friday, May 19, they accumulated approximately 159 pounds of food and $297 in cash.

“We appreciate their food drive and contribution to the food shelf,” said Denny Ulmer, deputy director of the Hubbard County Food Shelf, after picking up the donation on Monday.
