Students in Gina Porozinski's 2nd grade class at Century Elementary decided in advance what they might do during Earth Hour Saturday night.
The event, organized by World Wildlife Fund International, was begun to bring awareness that climate change is a global challenge that requires global solutions.
Second graders contributed some creative ways to enjoy an hour of lights out.
