The political scene is upon us again and it was evident at the Paul Bunyan Days parade in Akeley this past weekend.
One candidate impressed me with the message they conveyed as their parade unit approached. The message attached to the side of Ron Berry's vehicle said, "Discover a New Direction." I really believe that people are ready for a positive change in government.
I have known Ron Berry as a teacher and I sincerely believe that he has the vision to make a difference. His work with kids has always been positive and I believe that he has the ability to make a difference in our Legislature. I support Ron Berry 100 percent and would encourage others to do the same. Lets "Discover a New Direction" with our Minnesota Legislature.
