Klobuchar gets nod from Emily's List
Amy Klobuchar (DFL), Hennepin County Attorney, running for the US Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Mark Dayton, will oppose Congressman Mark Kennedy (R). The following information could be helpful in deciding your vote in November 2006.
Amy Klobuchar failed to mention at a recent appearance in Bemidji the $150,000 of special interest money she received from Emily's List. Emily's List is a radical special interest group that only supports women candidates who fully meet the following guidelines with no exceptions:
1. Support taxpayer funded abortion.
2. Support the brutal practice of partial birth abortion.

3. Oppose parental notification for a minor seeking to have this most invasive and traumatic procedure - yet parental consent is needed for a school nurse to hand out aspirin.
