So many people pick and choose what parts of the Bible they want to read and believe. We have to read the whole Bible from Genesis to Revelation and ask God for spiritual eyes to see the true meaning of His word. The Old Testament is not to be done away with just because we have the New Testament.
The Old Testament points to Jesus all the way through it with all the animal sacrifices and the shedding of blood. When you say that Jesus didn't speak against homosexuality that is really not true because, spiritually speaking, He was in the Old Testament with God and was God. So, when God condemns homosexuality in Leviticus, spiritually speaking, Jesus is condemning it also.
If you read also in Romans, Paul the apostle inspired by the Spirit of God speaks also against homosexuality starting in Romans 1:22-32.
You also speak about how God has changed. God never changes. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is a God of love and mercy, but let's not forget about the wrath of God to come for the unbelievers. God made in the beginning one man and one woman. So, homosexuality does not come from God.
