A big thank you to Frank Mitchell
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Frank Mitchell of Clover Township as he retires from serving on the Clover Township board as a supervisor and chairman for the past 29 years.
He was also a member of the Hubbard County Township Association Board for (in his words), "so long he can't remember," or 20-plus years. He was the first member to go to Washington DC as a representative to the National Association of Townships and Towns in 1980. He also attended the national conference as a representative in 1991.
He is involved in compiling the history of the Hubbard County Townships.
Frank, we appreciate your dedication and service to Clover Township. Enjoy your retirement.
