Mow the lawn - or blow the snow off the drive - then head out for some fun in the woods.
34 East Lawn and Sport is a one-stop equipment shop for both.
Walker Power owners Rick and Leah Crow bring 35 years' experience to the enterprise. Originally based at Happiness Resort near Hackensack, the John Deere and Polaris parts and service business moved to Walker in 1992, after the couple sold the resort.
The store holds a full line of Polaris ATVs, snowmobiles and side-by-side Ranger utility vehicles, plus Pure Polaris parts, apparel and accessories.
SkiDoos (snowmobiles) and SeaDoos (personal watercraft) await riders. In the summer, the store will rent personal watercraft on a daily or weekly basis.

The store services all John Deere equipment.
The lawn and sport store sells A&I products (after-market agricultural and industrial supplies) in the 2,300-square-foot showroom.
The Park Rapids site sales manager is Dennis Dodge, logging 28 years in the business. Mechanic Tony Yliniemi has 15 years' experience in the trade and Bronson Vinge works in the parts department, bringing four years of knowledge to the task.
"We've got it all covered," Dodge said. And that includes bodies - a full line of clothing and accessories is available for the avid outdoors-person.
The store is open six days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
The public is invited to the grand opening of 34 East Lawn and Sport Friday and Saturday, Nov. 21-22 with special discounts, drawings and food and beverages on the agenda.
