David Paul Patterson of Laporte was found guilty Wednesday night of possessing seven pounds of marijuana with intent to sell it.
Judge Paul Rasmussen presided over the case and set sentencing for Patterson for March 30, 2015.
Hubbard County Sheriff’s Deputies and Agents of both the B.C.A. and Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force on January 24, 2014 executed a Search Warrant on Patterson’s residence on County Road 45 Laporte, Minnesota and seized over seven (7) pounds of Marijuana valued at over $10,000.00 as well as over a $1000.00 of currency.
