Laporte Legion Auxiliary honors veterans

A World War II veteran was a special guest at a brunch for veterans Nov. 6 at Trinity Lutheran Church.

The American Legion Auxiliary of Laporte honored veterans from the area with a brunch Saturday, Nov. 6 at Trinity Lutheran Church.

World War II veteran Bob Peterman was a special guest. Door prizes were awarded, and a quilt made by the Auxiliary was given to a veteran.
