Michael Allen Willette, 17, of 16495 192nd St., Lake Park has been charged in Becker County Juvenile Court with felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct -- complaintent mentally impaired, incapacitated or physically helpless.
He is also charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court records, On June 23 a sheriff's department investigator received a report of an alleged sexual incident between Willette and a then-18-year-old woman.
The woman suffers from developmental delays and functions at the mental level of a 5-year-old, and also suffers from cerebral palsy and is considered a quadriplegic.
He allegedly had sexual contact with her on a number of occasions.

A guardian in the home reported the incident after she allegedly found Willette in the girl's room at about 1 a.m. on May 18. She was laying in bed and he was allegedly on the floor pulling on his underwear.
He allegedly admitted to a sheriff's investigator that he had had intercourse with the young woman.
He is due to make a first appearance in court March 16 before District Judge Joe Evans.
