Rose Neadeau, 16, is a Native American female, approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair with reddish ends.
She was last seen wearing a black dress with a brown and peach-colored floral pattern and white and black Jordan shoes.
