Harold R. Sinner
Harold R. Sinner, 85, of Nevis died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006 at Heritage Living Center in Park Rapids.
He was born Dec. 30, 1920 to Henry and Catherine (Kindsvater) Sinner in Culbertson NE. He attended school in Lincoln. He entered the US Army Dec. 10, 1942 and was honorably discharged July 30, 1945. He served in the Rhineland campaign with the 101st Airborne Division receiving a bronze star and Purple Heart.
He married Kathleen Claire Winter April 11, 1946 in Denver, CO. In 1950, they moved to Redwood Falls where he owned and operating a credit and finance business. In the fall of 1984, they moved to 7th Crow Wing Lake near Nevis. He entered Heritage Living Center Oct. 24.
He is survived by a son, Stephen (Marcia) of Brookfield, WI; daughter, Suzanne (Kathy) Sinner of Surprise, AZ; sister, Lorine Maaske of Omaha, NE and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife in 1997, and sister, Lavern Aden.
Graveside services: Military service and inurnment will be held at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
