The Park Rapids City Council is asking for a recommendation on granite lake inlays to be placed at street corners in downtown.
Two types have been presented. One with blue marble that is pieced together like a puzzle that has donor names etched on the bottom. The other example would have the lake colored in with the donor sandblasted on the bottom.
A public meeting will be held to discuss the inlays at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17.
