Glass Doctor owners Steve and Jane Hastig and Jon Zastrow and shop manager Tim Parker have expanded operations from the Bemidji location to "fix your panes" in Park Rapids.
Customer requests, Steve Hastig said, drove the decision to open the shop in Park Rapids.
The Hastigs come with 20 years' experience in the industry, originally working with Harmon Glass to restore auto, home and business glass.
Zastrow holds 11 years' experience in the business, working with the Hastigs eight years before becoming partners. Park Rapids resident Parker brings 17 years' experience to his role.
The Glass Doctor takes "panes" seriously, guaranteeing restoration of the transparent substance if it's sustained an injury.

The company's main focus is repair and replacement of auto glass - on foreign and domestic vehicles - as well as repair of storm windows and screens.
"Cars, trucks, farm equipment - anything with tires and glass, we can do it," Zastrow said.
The company offers free mobile service on auto glasswork - including pickup and delivery - in its six-county area.
They offer 24-hour emergency service. For example, in the event of a burglary, where a window has been shattered, they will provide a temporary barricade until a replacement window arrives.
The company will handle the insurance claim forms for the customer. And estimates are offered at no charge.
The Glass Doctor will also "prescribe" tabletops and mirrors and create shower doors - in glass or Plexiglas. They work with contractors to create a customized look for a residence or business.
All Glass Doctor installers are certified by the National Glass Association, which keeps members abreast of current trends and techniques, requiring continuing education to maintain licensure.
