Teresa Mae Harkins, 52, of 30613 Lake 6 Road, Frazee has been sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime -- sale.
On March 8 members of the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at her residence. They found about six pounds of marijuana in her home and outbuildings, along with items used to package and sell marijuana, according to court records.
She pleaded guilty Nov. 13 and was sentenced Friday by District Judge Mark Hansen, who stayed imposition of sentence for 10 years and placed her on supervised probation.
She must serve 30 days in jail, with work release and STS privileges granted, and pay a $1,000 fine plus court fees.
