Dan Schenkein, former Grand Forks Chamber president, recently won half of a Gopher 5 jackpot.
"The win came at a very opportune time," Schenkein stated as he claimed his $108,939 share at the Lottery's headquarters in Roseville, Minn., on Aug. 12.
Schenkein purchased the winning ticket at Thrifty White Drug in Marshall, Minn.
